Chief People Officer, Charoen Popkhand Group

Singh is Chief People Officer of Charoen Pokphand Group. In this role he is responsible for ensuring the group is ready for Industry 4.0 from a “People” perspective. He works with a team of highly capable business leaders to ensure that the workforce is super engaged and productive. He is passionate about unlocking the unique potential of every individual and works closely with business leaders on strategies for organization development.

Before joining C.P. Group, Singh was Partner and CEO of Mercer Singapore. Before joining Mercer, Singh worked at Aon Hewitt for 13 years in various leadership positions. His last role was Partner & Managing Director of Aon Hewitt’s business in Southeast Asia.

Singh has worked with clients across industry sectors on Employee Engagement, Performance & Rewards, and HR Strategy issues. He has worked across Asia, Africa, the Middle East and Latin America.

Singh has a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and an MBA in Human Resources and Organization Development from the prestigious XLRI School of Management in Jamshedpur.

Singh has been a visiting faculty member at National University of Singapore since 2007, where he teaches MBA and BBA students. Singh has been associated with Sasin since 2002, teaching courses to HRM diploma students.
